Is vTables free?
Yes. The free vTables plugin on WordPress.org imports CSV, JSON, XLS and XLSX files, lets you edit and style tables, and exports them, with no limit on the number of tables. vTables Pro is an optional paid add-on with Premium and Ultimate plans.
How do I show a table on a page?
Every table has a shortcode such as
. Paste it into a Shortcode block, the Classic editor or any page builder that accepts shortcodes.
Can I import from Google Sheets?
Yes, with the Ultimate plan. Paste the link to a Google Sheet and vTables imports it and can keep it in sync automatically. For the most reliable sync, add a Google Sheets API key in vTables → Settings.
Do tables work on mobile?
Yes. Tables scroll horizontally on small screens on every plan. With Premium you can switch to a card layout per device and pin the first or last column.
Will my tables keep working if I stop paying?
Yes. When a license expires, existing tables keep the features they were created with. You only lose access to plugin updates, and new tables are created with the free features.
